The keyboard layout selector does not work

Bug description:
I can't change keyboard layout using keyboard indicator. When I want
select another layout than the default one icon in Unity panel change
but not selected layout in menu and active layout is always the same.
Ubuntu version : 12.04 fresh install since beta2.
