[Ergonomy] Can't use multi account from index page

Bug description:
in gwibber 3.2.0.1
How to reproduce:
As you can see in the screenshot, i can't know witch account the icon is
from, not sure i should RT here or there.
Probleme :
I have a personnal account and a one shared (for LoCo as example), if i want
to share fast a dent/tweet i might clic retweet in an accout that is not supose
to have same political rules (if i can say it like that)
Suggestion :
* add the color corner on each icon everywhere
* add the account name in title/alt info at the mouse over
* replace platform icon by avatar from the plateform ( + a small in the
corner icon's plateform or just the platform name in the info alt/title )
