Logithèque: I cannot evaluate packages
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I don't know in English of logithèque, I use french version of Ubuntu.
Whenever I hit this button:
"Évaluations: Redigez votre propre évaluation"
a window appears with the "Authentification" text and a processing
animation forever.
I expect to provide an evaluation.
I have tried many times.
So, I'm unable to evaluate packages.
