Can not review app installed from deb
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
After installing an app directly from a deb file, through the software
center ui, it reports that:
"You need to install this app before you can review it"
More accurate would be to say that the app *can't* be reviewed because
it isn't a software-center app. The current message is wrong (the app
*is* installed) and confusing.
