An ideal minimum size would be 730x470 to fit all the toolbar controls, and be able to see the complete what's new/Top rated section (after scrolling down, to a bit below the banner). Accidentally resize the USC window as small as possible. What happens: The window ends up 138 pixels wide and 232 pixels high.
