Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
- open any window, e.g. a browser window or a Nautilus window (but any window
will do)
- make sure it is not maximized
- hold the Alt key and drag the window upward so that the top of the window
goes out of the top of the screen, but most of the window is still in-screen
- move the cursor over any of the three visible borders of the window (right,
left or bottom) so that the window-resizing icon appears
- click and drag the border so as to resize the window
Expected: the window should get resized, exactly as it does when all
of it is within the screen
Observed: a context menu appears with window-related options: minize,
maximize, resize, ....., close, as if you had right-clicked
