Seems similar to:

except NetworkManager _only_ does not reconnect on hibernate. I can
see the network just fine.
Note: I can _see_ the network just fine and connect to it by clicking
on the link in NetworkManager. It's a matter of _automatically_
reconnecting after hibernate. Works fine with reboot.
This is on Jaunty Netbook Remix with backports wl driver.
