is a connection issue with the haze protocol (for AIM) then this bug
will be changed to telepathy-haze.

-Please use help-Debug and on the top left menu select Haze (AIM) and then
click save and add that to this report as an attachment. NOTE: You should try
to connect before sending the logs so we have that debug information.

I can't even connect with aim in Empathy I have tried varied options
as far as making sure the username and password is right and looking
thrue the boards for different advanced options
