I can't run program from dash, only select or move it into Launcher

Bug description:
When I open Dash and type program's name, Dash found it and show me
icon. I try to run this program by clicking on this icon, but Dash
don't run it, only select. So, I must move program into Launcher in
click it's icon in Launcher. It's bug.
