Reassigned to the correct package, the issue being that app-install-
data-ubuntu is not in sync with the archive. Emerald has been removed
from the oneiric archive, but the app-install-data-ubuntu still contains
it's desktop file. This is not the case for Precise however, as the
emerald desktop file is no longer included.
The fix for this would be to remove the emerald desktop file from the
app-install-data package (oneiric version).

Emerald Theme manager listed but not available

Bug description:
The first entry in the list of software in the category "Themes and
Tweaks" is the "Emeerald Theme Manager". Clicking on more info takes
me to a page saying "Not found. There isn't a software package called
emerald....".
Not being able to select and copy text from the software centre window
made reporting this issue more painful than it could have been. :-)
