Hi all. I have taken a closer look at the reports of this bug and I note
that the last reported duplicate was for software-center version
5.1.13.1 and was reported on 3/21, which was a full month before final
release. Of course, the "affects me" dates are not trackable, and so as
a further check I have taken a look at the top 20 software-center bugs
from errors.ubuntu.com and this bug does not appear there either. So, I
am going to assume that this has been fixed during the month before
Precise final and close this one.
If anybody experiences this crash again, please, of course, reopen!
