Title: pdftohtml fails to set charset Status in “poppler” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Binary package hint: poppler-utils Using Ubuntu 9.10, poppler 0.12.0-0ubuntu2.1. Executing "pdftohtml x.pdf" writes three files: "x.html", "xs.html" and "x_ind.html". The two latter lacks the META lines. The one I miss is the charset definition: "<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html"; charset=UTF-8>" The first one got them right, however.
