Gedit screenshot in German UI

It seems that GNOME applications localize the shortcuts together with
the UI. They ignore the selected keyboard.

See the screenshot of gedit. It is taken with LANG=de_DE.UTF-8. It does
not depend on the keyboard. gedit shows "Strg" with both "de" and "us"
keyboards.
