Bug description:
this has happened a few times; and only when there's a dialogue asking
for a password, possibly reproducible by trying to pick an AP a few
times before it actually succeeds connecting, though this time in
particular the connection mysteriously went away and it asked for a
password when i tried to reconnect, only; it took a rmmod and a
modprobe of the wifi driver to get it back to sanity (and working)
