changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test
it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running
apport-collect 492903 and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

Title:
  Intel Wireless stopped working (Kernel Oops!)

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  After recent Karmic update, my Intel Wireless stopped working.  It is
  an iwl3945.

  When I boot the laptop, the wireless is enabled.  It has always been
  enabled.   However, now the wireless comes up disabled and when I use
  Fn-F2 to enable it I get the below.
