Title: When blur is disabled, shortcuts overlay and alt+tab switcher is completely transparent. Status in Unity: Fix Released Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in “unity” source package in Precise: Fix Released Bug description: TEST CASE: 1. Open ccsm 2. Go to unity plugin settings Experimental tab, set Dash Blur to "No Blur" (disable) 3. Press and hold the Super key -> The shortcut overlay should not be completely transparent, but darkened. Original description: If you disable blur entirely in CCSM or other, the shortcut overlay (and the alt+tab switcher) becomes completely transparent, as opposed to the dash's darkening. It makes it inconsistent and very hard to read.
