  Home lens in 11.10 doesn't adjust to smaller screen resolutions

Bug description:
  See attached screencast. As you can see, when I switch between the
  Home lens and the Apps lens, the "lenses" at the bottom of the Dash
  move back and forth (and the Home lens ends up running off the Dash on
  the right side).
