Others have requested this capability, therefore I'll set it to wishlist
and triaged as we have enough information to at least move this to the
next step, which is to design now the UI implementation.

  There is no option to install multiple packages at once. I wanted to
  install Xmoto, but too many packages had  installed, so I had to
  download Synaptic.
