Bug description:
Presumably this is gnome-settings-daemon.
After upgrading from oneiric to precise, I found that my synaptics
touchpad was always registering "clicks" by tapping on the pad. If I
check the system settings, the "Enable mouse clicks with touchpad"
setting is *off*, however. Changing the setting back and forth does
not change the behaviour.
