Bug description:
Unity tends to not open windows properly. For example, Eclipse. It
loads (Splash appears), but when Unity says its loaded its main window
does not appear. I cannot pop it to front either. It just seems to be
unaccessible. I have to reboot in order to repair this; logging out
and in does not help. I've got similar problems with the chat
application.
