Steps to reproduce:
* Close your default web browser. (But don't stop reading this, please! :b)
* Start writing a review for an application.
* Beside the label reminding people to be brief and informative, click the
“More…” button.
* Close the review writing dialog.
* Software Centre is now unresponsive until you close your web browser.
