facebook is not opening in any browser. System is not shutting down
and it is always restarting.

Bug description:
I have tried to open facebook with google chrome as well firefox and
both are not responding at all. not even loaded the login screen.
Whenever i am trying to shut down, computer is getting restarted. This
perticular issue has started just after updating my ubuntu version.
