The fix has been uploaded to precise-proposed and is still pending
approval by the SRU team. Once let it into precise-proposed, to verify
the fix start lowriter and click on page preview and verify it doesn't
crash. The menu will appear inside the window again instead of the
global appmenu, but it will no longer crash libreoffice.
Note to the SRU team, this is a bug with many duplicates affecting quite
a few people. I uploaded a new upstream release that includes the fix
along with some refactoring since the version that is currently in
precise. Upstream attempted to backport just this fix, but it would
have been a significant effort and a pretty big diff, our best hope for
a fix is to just take the 0.1.1 release.
