Launcher icon disappears when deselecting "Keep in Launcher" even if
app is still running

Bug description:
App icon disappears from launcher if you right click and uncheck the
"Keep in Launcher" option. The icon should not disappear if the app
is still running.
To reproduce:
- Open application (example gedit)
- Right click on launcher icon and select "Keep in Launcher"
- Right click on launcher icon again and de-select "Keep in Launcher"
- icon disappears, application is still running.
