Thanks a lot for taking the time to report this, however a bug report
should only contain information about a single, specific issue. You seem
to have listed a number of them in your description, and it would be
helpful if you could file separate reports for all of them.

Bug description:
Using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS completely upgraded.
If I tile the window up, then tile the window right, pressing the
shortcut to tile to the right side again shouldn't do anything but the
window moves, seems to be tilling further to the right.
If I tile a window to the right, then go to the workspace on the
right, there is a vertical bar on the left of the desktop from that
window. Also if I alt+tab on the workspace on the right, the window on
the left workspace shows up on the alt-tab list.
Whenever I open the file manager it never gets focus, even if I select
it from the dash, I need to alt-tab to it, or click on it.
If I alt+tab to the desktop, it should minimize all apps and show the
desktop, it never does on the first try, if I alt+tab a second time
then it minimizes the windows as it should the first time.
When I open a window that was side tiled before closing, it doesn't
open in the same place as it was.
I can full-screen Firefox using the F11 key, and then use the
super+alt+right_arrow to tile it to the right, if I alt+tab to another
window and then come back to Firefox, the browser is no longer tiled
on the right, it's full-screen. Also, when the browser is still tiled
to the right, if I super+S, to see the workspaces, the browser is
resized to occupy the entire workspace, the letters and images on the
browser become twice as wide, also, if I do super+alt+left, while on
the workspace viewer, the browser window doesn't tile to the left, if
overlaps with the workspace on the left.
When dragging a window by clicking on the title bar and moving around,
if we move the window to the top of the screen and then quickly move
it down, the mouse icon that was on top of the title bar now appears
above it.
When I tile Rhythmbox to the left, if I add a play list the height of
the window decreases, on the top and bellow, no longer being tiled.
At this point I'm kind of wondering if anyone, other than me, actually
reads these.
