Apport shows black, empty window

Bug description:
When I click on the light bulb icon in the system tray, a block and
empty windows shows. It stretches over both of my two screens and
seems to be even wider...? (see attachment)
I can reproduce it on my laptop and on my desktop at home. Both
freshly installed with Precise (not upgraded from Oneiric).
