double entries in the software center

Bug description:
i believe this is because of unity and not the software center, but
when I searched for something in software center, there was two menu
entries for each item, and when I selected one, it selected the other.
When I installed one, it affected both entries. Maybe a problem with
graphics?
using the livecd of ocelot beta 1
nvidia geforce 6150se
