Hi Dylan, thanks! In fact, I had not installed hotwire itself yet. Once
I installed it, I can verify this bug. My apologies for the long delay
on this one!

Title:
Icon for hotssh appears gigantic and is rendered above 1x size

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
The application hotssh is appearing with an icon that is considerably
larger than any other icons in Software Center. I'm attaching two
  screenshots showing this problem.

  The icon in app-install-data,
/usr/share/app-install/icons/hotwire-openssh.png, is a proper 64x64 PNG.
However, I have the hotwire package installed, and that package adds another
hotwire-openssh icon at
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/24x24/apps/hotwire-openssh.png. That icon is 192x192px
— still considerably smaller than how it appears in software-center, but likely
the source of the problem.

What is strange is that this icon is not only larger than it should
  be, but stretched!

  Steps to reproduce:
   - Install hotwire
   - Restart software-center
   - Search for hotssh and observe the icon both in the search results and in
the detail view
