Bug description:
SRU TEST CASE:
This fix is for an intermittent crash that occurs on startup, and so
it cannot be reliably reproduced. The test is to check for regressions
by installing the version of Software Center in -proposed and
launching it from the command line as shown:
$ software-center
Verify that the following crash never occurs:
AttributeError: 'ReviewsStats' object has no attribute 'histogram'
SRU REGRESSION POTENTIAL:
Negligible. Fix adds a single line to initialize this field in a class.
