Bug description:
1.Press and hold the mouse with a window hit the edge of the screen, quick to
repeat this action, the window will move to the mouse below, then the mouse to
hit the edge of the screen, the window will also enlarge, but exactly,the
window not near the edge of the screen。
2.The window's title bar can be embedded into the top panel sometimes。
