Bug description:
Binary package hint: metacity
bug 150702 is fixed fortunately, so alt-shift-tab works now. but alt-tab
while dragging does not yet. try the following:
1. drag a file, hold mouse button pressed
2. alt-tab
3. (should but does not) tab through windows to find target to drop file
compiz effects are enabled.
