Bug description:
in the library dialog where you should be able to manage all your bookmarks
(reachable via Ctrl+Shift+O) there are no buttons visible except the "back" and

disabling the extension the buttons are visible again.
  I'm using:
  Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:7.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0
  on Ubuntu 11.10 beta2

the global menu bar extension is version 2.0.1
