Menu from dock doesn't hide itself, lose focus, and need a right clic
on other icon to disappear

Bug description:
sometimes icon's menu from dock lose focus (I mean you can't see the
mouse hilighting the line you are selecting, and you can't clic it,
you get the background software focus) while it does not dissapear.
While the bug, the dock is node hidding.
I tryed these actions but they doesn't help:
- clic everywhere on the dock
- call/uncall the dash (menu not present while dash)
- some compiz effect
-[SUPER]+[w] (menu present while effect)
-[SUPER]+[s] (menu present while effect)
- [alt]+[tab] (menu present while effect)
- switch icon position
only this action help:
- right clic on an other icon (not working if righ clic on same icon)
Writting this report, i found only one step by step at this moment, hard to
reproduce without the hardware:
On a HP-TouchSmart-tm2, using the touchscren with finger, you can make
a right clic by selecting your righ-clic target with a finger then
clic with a second finger to generate the righ-clic. this righ-clic
provot this bug.
Note: on 11.04 this right clic on an icon generated a clic+a righ clic
(call focus on the window's icon, then make the righ-clic)
