Bug description:
This is a follow-on to bug 915265. In bug 915265, the launcher was
reliably corrupt on resume from suspend. The fix from 915265 improved
things in 12.04, but I still encounter the same visual corruption of
the launcher about 10% of the time when resuming from suspend.
All other visual elements seem to draw correctly, it's just the unity
launcher that has this problem. The launcher looks fine after it
redraws (for example, if you mouse over it).
To reproduce:
1) Suspend
2) Resume
2a) unlock the system, if necessary. Note that the unlock screen (lightdm)
displays properly
3) Notice the corrupted launcher. If the launcher is not corrupt, repeat
steps 1-2
4) Mouse over the launcher; the launcher redraws and the corruption goes away
I'm using the proprietary nvidia driver on a Macbook Pro 3,1.
