Title:
[lucid regression] USB 3G modem can not connect after disconnect
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
How to reproduce:
1) Insert the modem.
2) Open a connection.
3) Disconnect.
4) Try to open the same connection.
Expected result: The connection should be opened.
Actual result: The connection attempt fails almost immediately. Even
unplugging and replugging the modem doesn't help.
This used to work in earlier Lucid alphas. In Jaunty it works
flawlessly on the same hardware.
