Bug description:
This is basically the bug described in this comment, attempting to
stop Unity from binding to alt-`:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=11721999&postcount=9
When you disable the "key to flip through windows in the switcher" in
the Unity portion of CCSM, it doesn't actually stay disabled. Next
time you login, Unity ignores these settings, and re-binds to those
keys.
