Environment:
Oneiric + Unity 4.28 SRU from the ubuntu-desktop PPA
External Display was connected over VGA to Dell Latitude Laptop
I was testing external/internal display switching by pressing Fn+F8
After 87 times system lost Launcher and top Panel
When using Unity 4.24 that would happen after 8 cycles - so there is huge
improvement
During testing there was a delay 4 times in updating Displays mode. First 3
times system finally recovered after ~15 sec delay.
In syslog and kernd there are 4 segfaults:
I got 4 segfaults, system recovered after first 3 visually it was like
a delay in switching with screens on both displays without panel and
launcher
