Bug description:
opening the dash or alt+tab it is very slow and laggy. It doesn't
matter if I'm using blur ore not, or disable effects in compiz setting
manager or not.
Looks like problem with Gallium3d drivers.
So needs some tweaks or force uniti2d mode for all old ati card.
