Bug description:
  I use a HSDPA USB modem model number: MF626 and on some occasions when
  booting up the computer Network Manager does not recognise the device
  even though it has been set up.  I sometimes have to reboot 2 or 3
  times to get it to be recognised before I can use it to connect to
  internet.
