Bug description:

If you have several windows open at the same time and unity will not let me
close them with my mouse.

I expected the window to close

  what happened windows wont close

if you use tab and pick the application you want to close it will work,
but if you try to close the application or make it smaller with the mouse it
wont work. I checked the error log and i found no errors. This doesn't happen
all the time, but it is extremely annoying
