that's gtk-window-decorator crash. We can never be sure if the issue
faced by original reporter is the same as anyone else in the report.
Please report crash reports if the issue still exisits in Ubuntu 12.04

Binary package hint: unity
Using unity, I cannot access the max-min-close buttons in the top bar
anymore and also for windows not maximized, no window-border is
displayed, meaning I cannot easily change the window-size or due to
the missing buttons maximise them again. This creates situations like
in the attached screen-shot which makes it very hard to work in this
environment.
This does not always happen, but I noticed it after I accidentally had
moved the maximized netbeans-window and was not able to restore it.
