Bug description:
When opening a file with a preview the dialog is too small and is not
resizable.
TEST CASE
1. Launch firefox and open a launchpad bug
2. Select 'Add attachment'
3. Browse to a directory containing picture and select a picture
Result:
A preview is displayed on the right of the dialog limiting the width of the
file list. Only 8 letters of the file name are visible (see screenshot)
