Title:
Dragging an app to the Trash should give the option to uninstall it

Bug description:
  Current behavior:
Dragging an app from the dash to the launcher adds it to the launcher
Dragging an app from the launcher to the trash removes it from the launcher.

  Suggested improvement:
Dragging an app from the dash or the launcer to the trash should ask the user
if he'd like to uninstall the app.

Obviously, Unity should be keeping track of whether the user had sudo
privileges and should not show this uninstall prompt (or the apps
  available for download either).
