Hi NickNakGus, and thank you for your report. I can't seem to reproduce
this problem as sorting by top-rated appears to be correct on my
machine. Please let us know if you still see this error, and if possible
provide very specific steps to reproduce.

Bug description:
I expected the "sort by" (not actually labeled) drop-down menu to sort
by "top rated" if "top rated" was selected. Unfortunately, this is not
the case. Several five star apps are scattered throughout the list,
and some of the lowest-rated apps are in the middle.
