Title:
after some Ubuntu updates, messed up DNS lookup
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
After some updates, I can not longer surf the net, nor I can ping
yahoo.com. Later, I found that I could actually ping an IP address. So
I try to figure out do to change the DNS look-up. Eventually I found a
post saying edit /etc/resolv.conf and added some DNS server IPs
Looks like the resolv.conf was update on 2/6/2010
