Launcher on wrong monitor with Twinview in Oneiric

Bug description:
I have two external monitors that I configure in twinview mode using
disper which works as expected in Natty.
Testing in Oneiric I have found that the Launcher is now in the wrong
position, on the secondary monitor.
I have attached two screenshots and the screen config I use with
disper.
unity: 4.20.0-0ubuntu2
nvidia-current: 280.13-0ubuntu3
