Bug description:
If you are in a fullscreen app, hitting the left edge of the screen
reveals the launcher, although the launcher is not shown in the
fullscreen app as it appears behind it but when you exit the
fullscreen mode, the launcher is stuck there and you have to hover the
cursor on it once to make it go away
Steps to reproduce:
1. start Terminal.
2. press F11, see the launcher is revealed through the transparent terminal
3. press F11 again to exit fullscreen mode.
Now the launcher is there and won't hide unless you hover over it.
This problem exists with any fullscreen app.
