Actually, I think it's good. Robert asked a question, and that calls for
an Incomplete. This should then get reset once the information is
provided. At that point, the bug should be set as either Confirmed or
Triaged, the latter if we have enough information to start work on it.
At no point should a bug that has had work done on it be reset to "New".
We need that to indicate bugs that nobody has looked at yet.

  Packages that were purged using the terminal (sudo apt-get purge ...)
  don't show up in history (Ubuntu Software Center -> History). No
  problem with "normally" removed (sudo apt-get remove ...) or installed
  packages (sudo apt-get install ...).
