Title:
Changing username breaks "Reinstall Previous Purchase"

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Changing ones username breaks downloads for previous purchases. To
make this work again, one has to edit its entry in the software
sources list. To prevent this, accounts could have unique user id's
which are connected to the account, but seperate from the username.
This id could then be used by USC to communicate with the software
source instead of the username to prevent this issue.
