Title:
Network manager won't manage the interfaces any more after a hard
crash
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
I am running Kubuntu lucid alpha.
The machine failed to resume from a suspended state so I had to hard
boot it. When it came back up none of the network interfaces would
connect (wifi, ethernet). If I remove the
/var/lib/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.state file and restart NM, it
will then work fine.
